Apollo 1: Vic Secret

Project Apollo. A new series of beers to fully explore the outer limits of what a hop can give to a beer.

Apollo 1: Vic Secret is full bodied with aromas of lychee & passionfruit, a clean flavour of citrus fruits, with a hint of pine and just enough bitterness to balance it out.

With each beer we will be focusing on one hop variety, brewed in a pale ale style, with the aim of extracting and showcasing the maximum amount of flavour and aroma from our chosen hop.

By carefully adjusting ABV, composition, and methodology used, we will be aiming to create entirely unique, surprisingly nuanced beers, bursting with flavour and complexity. Single hop does not mean one dimensional! Show Less
