Nose is slightly sour with a sweet fruity and bubblegum note. Taste is lightly sour, almost notes of wood, slightly earthy, unsweetened rhubarb and some yeast. Mostly dry and a bit drying - like rhubarb.

First one from surt 2023. Brought them at the brewery. The aroma is fruity. The flavour is tart, bitter, fruity, a little yeasty and with a nice aftertaste of rhubarb. Like it quite a bit, would probably be good with dessert. Cheers
