Sort of birch water meets aloe vera. Planty, woody weirdness. Tart and refreshingly like cucumber. Odd but I like. Challenging tastes.

Floral, slightly herbal (think chamomile) on the nose; taste is sharp, bitter & herbal, I know it’s cactus flower, but tastes like bitter cactus sap & pounded leafy, metallic herbs (or spring greens); then sharp yuzu-like citrus & tart lactic acidity.
