Sour, peachy, mellow, oaky, vinegary, apple and quite smooth. Think time have been good to it, as I remember the others being more pungent and less smooth. And becomes better over time in the glass as well.

Nose has weirdly perfumed peach and fruity light red wine. Taste is sour, mostly dry and dry peaches with a slightly creamy texture. Somewhat acidic aftertaste - like a good fruit vinegar.
