Jack Bryant III: Brewed this one on Valentine's Day. It is an Imperial Stout and it is aged in the secondary fermenter with Amaretto, oak shavings.

With a slice of Pumkin pie. Slight red tint to the head. Rich oak flavored malt with Amaretto flavor. Nice. Brewed on Valentine's Day.
