A modern DIPA of 7.5% ABV, with an aromatic punch of passionfruit, dank citrus and earthy blackcurrant aromas.
We were inspired to change some more things to the recipe of "I Like It Bitter". The caramel malts were left behind and we chose to go for a beer lighter in colour with the Maris Otter and Munich malts, and add some body with the added wheat and oats. On the hop side of things we went for a new cocktail with the American classics Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe, plus the intense Australian hop Galaxy of which we used excessive amounts in the dry-hopping.
