W aromacie słodowe, ziemiste, ale w tle słabo jabłko. Drożdzy nie czuć. W smaku goryczkowe ziołowo-ziemiscie. W snaku juz jest wyraźniej kellerowe, na końcu wyraźniej jabłuszko/kwiaty. Jest też lekko drożdżowe. Smaczne piwo, troche lagodne jak na styl.
