Milkshake IPA Strawberry

There is great freedom in this style, brewers mix different fruits, add different proportions of lactose and also experiment with other additives. We opted for strawberries, which, in our opinion, combine wonderfully with beer, and added quite a lot of very valuable vanilla sticks. The whole thing creates the amazing illusion of a sweet vanilla-strawberry milkshake. Added to this are aromas from American and Australian hops - pineapple, citrus, or mango. Everything is unexpectedly contrasted by a medium-high bitterness.
