Brewed in 2017. Aged im Château Kirwan (AOC Margaux) barrels for 436 days. Each barrel held three vintages of wine (2012, 2014, 2016) for 18 months. Wine must contained mainly Cabernet Sauvignon cultivar, with small amounts of Merlot, Cabernet-franc and Petit Verdot.
The beer was inoculated with White Labs WLP648 Brettanomyces Bruxellensis Trois Vrai during whole barrel-aging process. Show Less
