When cold, a slight metallic/copper taste, but vanishes when warm. Dark cherry & plum aroma. Spicy flavor & finish but not overtly typical cinnamon, clove, nutmeg mix. High CO2 quad but head fades fast! Warm, not hot. Sweet not cloying. Great sipper!
