包裹瓶塞的钢丝的锈蹭了我一手，好在塞子完整取下。棕红色的酒体，有着金黄的边沿，从颜色到味道都像中国的酸梅汤。1987年距今36年，但是树莓的味道仍然鲜活，也有山楂、苹果、李子干的香气。买的初衷只是想体验年老的兰比克，并且做好了翻车的心理准备，实际体验是不错的。看过其他人的评论，才注意到回味的鲜味；应该与香槟类似，鲜味是酵母的杰作。 直到倒完瓶子里的酒，也没有出现大量沉淀，观察瓶子，发现瓶身的一侧从瓶颈到瓶底有一道黑色泥状物。所以我猜这些酒以前有一段长期卧放的经历，沉淀物全都粘在了瓶身，刚好不浪费酒。

Soepel, zacht, friszuur met een licht zoetje. Beetje umami door de lange rijping. Prachtig in balans.
