21年贵兹。比我想象的单薄。酸味没有支撑，没有好的结构。单薄的醋酸，单一野菌香气，集中尖锐，侵略性强，在舌面停留时间短。香料浸泡残留的苦涩，杀口感，像青苹果皮，大自然的青涩核果苦味，核果收口。植物干香，收口干燥。12月陈旧桶味，会有一定木质调苦香。残糖不高尝不到很多甜感，像生涩青苹果。砸进杯里气泡绵密，片状挂壁时间长。没有我期待的饱满，但还不错，口味差异。
