Black, very unstable brown head, looks bit oily. Smells sweet, caramel, bourbon, some alcohol. Body is pretty thin for what it is, but creamy smooth, medium booze. Tastes sweet but not cloying. Plenty of caramel, fudge, with a big dash of easy bourbon.
