Wipers Times 16

Wipers Times 16 is a spicy, remarkably fresh beer brewed with elderflower and elderberry and subtly finished with some spices (7,2% ABV). "Neither sweet nor sour; dry, with some fruit tannins, floral notes and secret spices opening as it warms."

The name of the beer is derived from the British newspaper that was printed in the Ypres casemates during World War I. It celebrates its 100th anniversary this year.
The 16 in the name refers to the density of the beer (16° Plato). After Grotten Santé and Wipers Times 14, this is the third beer of Brouwerij Kazematten. Show Less
