BX 2016 cork. Where the Cantillon gueze was like a soft blanket,this was like a stiff naval uniform. But both serve a particular purpose. Not as drinkable as the cant but was still firing on all cylinders, immaculately carb as well.

Pre-Zwanze warmup with some cellared lambic, part 2. Beautiful dry tannic character. Touch of creaminess. Slightly light and vinous.
