THT 26-09-2018, alhoewel de kleur en de vlokken het ergste deed vrezen blijkt toch dat er een behoorlijk smaakvol bier in het glas zit. Beetje kruidigheid, licht caramellig. Wel over de top maar als je iets tegenkomt wat vergeten was moet je niet klagen😉

El 1º aroma es potente, a pan de pueblo, luego aparece fruta madura y algo de prado. En boca, más amargor (herbal) y más seca que 1 belga de navidad al uso, bittersweet. Bastantes especias tipo pimienta, azúcar residual, terrosa, regaliz, 1 punto salado.

Cellared for six years and broken out in July. Why not? Nothing speaks Christmas to me. This is a lightly sweet, estery Belgian ale with a very bitter finish. I’m a little disappointed. I wanted Christmas in July
