Disigt mörkbrun i färg, brunt krämigt skum. Syrlig, bärig doft. Munkänslan är sträv, krämig, stilla porlande, torrt avslut. Smaken har en ekig bas, sötsur/syrligt på karamell åt rostat, bär/hallon, vinöst. Komplex och mogen syrling med lång eftersmak!
