Красное дерево. Дух и плоть: малина с костями, твердый сыр, ежевика, виноград, лимон с цедрой, сено, вода из пруда, травы, доски, вино. Практически идеальный, постоявший, без лишней кислоты омаж. Странно, что это сокровище столько простояло. И это ШЕДЕВР!
