Domaine des Hauts Baigneux is a small and renowned organic wine maker from
Azay-le-Rideau, in between the cities of Chinon and Tours, in the Loire region,
France. Thank you to Nicolas and Philippe for this wonderful collaboration.
For this Druif, we macerated Grolleau must that we made ourselves from fresh grapes, for almost five months on three-year old lambik, before being blended with more such old lambik.
