高碳化但非常绵密不扎嘴，前段是未熟水果的生涩感，放了快七年后，整体已经圆润很多层次也更深。收口特干，带点儿挂舌和单宁感，不算特利落，但挺有老年份 gueuze 的味道。整体喝起来已经有点往干白那边靠了
