Some citrus and apple but I found this really funk-forward. More yeasty than I expected. It’s no doubt the honey but it’s almost that banana-ish element for me.

Not q clear amber, thin off w head. Brooding old lemon & barn aroma, honey & hard spices, bracken. Slighty creamy, slippery texture, fairly high carbonation. Sour w q brusque lemon. Hay & a little honey, stone fruit, bracken.
