Our house Pilsner features the highest quality German malt and Noble hops with a finely tuned water profile to create a clean, crisp, and exceptionally drinkable pilsner. This is a beer of patience, spending over 8 weeks lagering after fermentation where it naturally carbonates and further develops character. The premium pilsner malt we use enhances body and mouthfeel, while imparting a balanced malt profile. The noble hops add a pleasant and balanced aroma and flavor.
