30% Vienna,20% flaked wheat. Omega Belgian saison 2. Usual pepper, bit of clove. Juicy fruit bubble gum. Fermented 18 to 27.sauvin hopped.
Dan Brough: Tried a nice hazy IPA from mean doses made with hornindal kriek.He gave me some of the yeast and I made a beer with it.
Dan Brough: Bottling it today though its only 6 days old. Fermented it at 32-37c. Top cropped it and am drying it out for storage.
Dan Brough: Big tropical taste off the hornindal. Its popular with NEIPA but I'm a fan of London Ale III too. (Boddingtons). Very versatile.

My summer saison single hopped with experimental #4337. Tropical fruit and latex. But in a good way.
Dan Brough: Looks good. Pilsner, 25% Munich, 10% flaked wheat and some acid malt.
