Toasted Oat Coffee Stout brewed with loads of toasted oat malt and Colombian Hydro Honey processed coffee. A decadent toasted oat body accompanied by notes of dried fruit, sweet berries and mild acidity.

The coffee is picked at peak ripeness, dried as a Natural with the cherry still on the seed/bean for 6-9 days, then rehydrated for 18-24 hours, de-pulped, and processed as a Honey leaving about 75-90% of the fruit on the bean. The beans are slowly dried in a climate-controlled greenhouse for another 25-28 days before being ready for roasting.
