White Label

For our table beer (low-alcohol brew of 1-4% traditionally consumed by Belgians of all ages) we wanted a pale and bright beer with a bold head fit for La Chouffe or Chimay! To compensate for its relative lack of alcoholic strength, we brewed White Label with the sensational Ardennes yeast for pronounced Belgian flavours; we used top-quality Weyerman Carapils and Maris Otter Pale malts, some oats for added smoothness, brewed at higher carbonation for more mouthfeel and added some prime new crop Citra, Simcoe and Eureka US hops to raise the flavour profile to new heights and add some bitterness.
We are proud of this beer for its subtlety, balance, flavour and for punching way above its ABV.
