1 of 4 beers first brewed in Autumn 2021 celebrating the joy and diversity of beers made with all-British ingredients. This beer is a UK-hopped Pale Ale with 2 UK gems in the shape of Mystic and Archer. UK hops used in a pale give you a mix of earthy/herby tones and a gentle undertone of citrus. They are more subtle than their American hop cousin and when done right the beer can be all the more sessionable and joyous for it. Tricky though.
