A festive riff on our Mayday Hills Hoppy Sour!
This fruited farmhouse sour ale was fermented in our American oak Foeder before a generous dry hop from local heroes Vic Secret + Galaxy.
It was then transferred onto 200kg of Australian blood plums resulting in an aromatic, textural beer with some subtle funk courtesy of the Brettanomyces yeast and a sour, refreshing finish.
