Due to the success of the PROJECT #002 Imperial P-nut Buster, and that since the squirrels did not have much time this year to plan for winter, we thought we would make them extra jealous.
This imperial oatmeal milk stout was brewed with chocolate nibs, roasted coconut shavings, and p-nut extract. All flavoring was done via recirculation in our large hop back filter and the bright tank until we hit the optimal level of flavor.
To have a nice thick beer and maximise the maillard reaction (caramelisation), we boiled this bad boy for 3hours
