Due to the complexity of this flora, the beer requires a longer and intensive fermentation. The result: the ultimate refreshment with a citrus-sour flavor and taste!

De Brewmaster’s Selection Wild Funky Wit is een verfrissend witbier waarbij de eerste vergisting gebeurt op basis van wilde microflora, geënt uit onze eiken foeders. De complexiteit van deze flora benodigt een langere en intensieve vergisting. Daardoor mag het resultaat er zijn : een uiterst verfrissend bier met een friszurige citrus-smaak en aroma!

La Brewmaster’s Selection Wild Funky Wit est une bière blanche rafraichissante dont la première fermentation se passe sur base de notre microflore sauvage issue de nos foudres en chêne. La complexité de notre flore exige une plus longue et plus intense fermentation. Grâce à cela, le résultat est au rendez-vous. Une bière extrêmement rafraichissante avec un goût frais-sûret, et aux arômes d’ agrumes.
