Paris is one of the first sours we ever made and holds a special place in our hearts.

The very first red wine barrels we ever filled were named Paris and Helen after the ill-fated lovers that caused the Trojan War. We harnessed the wild culture from these barrels and took solace in the complex sour it produced. This beer is an imperial saison brewed with black peppercorns and orange peel aged in pinot noir barrels for over 12 months. Notes of oak, red fruit, subtle peppery spice, complex tannins. Read Less
