A nice mellow woodsy blend with sweet maple & berries. Add in the smooth but noted bourbon & wine barrel flavors & this could easily be the best Ommy yet (I’m not usually a big fan). Drinks easy for a BA & captures toffee & light clove Belgiany nuances.
