Während die Zunge zuerst von Röstnoten umschmeichelt wird, manifestiert sich dann ein langanhaltender, angenehmer Geschmack der Tonkabohne im Mund, trotz eines schlanken Körpers. The Brewer´s Tribute Tonka Dark Lager is a unique dark beer. The smell of the beer promises flavours of toffee and coffee, but as well a strong flavour of tonka beans. The tonk flavour intensifies even more with the first sip, hidden after an initial blast of roastiness. Although the malt body is rather slim, the tonka flavour stays quite long on the tongue. This beer makes appetite for more!
