Dry hopped w/ cascade. Came out real nice. Still got that intrusive extract kit sweetish flavor, but it's not as out-of-place as it was in the kölsch I did before. Super happy w/ the dry hopping in this, even if it does kinda take over the flavor profile.

Dregs from the primary. Obviously a bunch of yeast and very few bubbles in this particular glass, but still got solid hop bitterness. Much more characteristic of APA than the finished BB Kölsh was of kölsch. ~5.1% ABV. Gonna be good.
