Boozy soy sauce on the nose. Heavy cask on the palate? Almost peaty? Interesting experiment. Fun to finally try, but I’d either have a really good barrel aged imperial stout or some bourbon.

Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should. Quite plummy at first, but then strong yeasty/marmite flavour and lingering bitterness. I thought it might be better with cheese, so had some Parmesan and cheddar on the side. I liked the cheese.
