Fat Cat's Cream

Before the lockdown, we had made a beer with Bootleg Brewing. Or rather, we made a beer, and they made a different beer. These were designed to blend together into something resembling an Oreo cookie! Our part is the vanilla creme filling! It’s a blonde ale of a nice easy-drinking 4.8% abv, with doughy malt notes, and big residual sweetness from added lactose (lactose intolerant people might want to avoid this one). It’s finished off with a good dose of Tahitian vanilla in order to really hammer home that vanilla creme thing. Show Less
