Boyle's Brew

The rolling green hills of Ireland have brought many great things to the world...Song, dance, poetry, storytelling, Bono. Science is often overlooked on that list, which is an unfortunate oversight, as modern chemistry was partially created thanks to an Irishman, Robert Boyle. It's from this fact that we have drawn inspiration for our festive St. Patrick's day beer, Boyle's Brew. Clocking in at 4.9% abv, this red irish ale is as sessionable as it is flavorful, displaying prominent toasty notes to reinforce the heavy maltiness of the style.
