The Pursuit of Juice

The Pursuit of Juice is just that; a series of beers where we are free to experiment with new hop combinations, dosing techniques, yeast ester management, and grist selection to create the juiciest, most hop saturated IPA possible. This rendition utilizes an oat heavy grist, Triple dry hopped (NOT just dry hopped three times, there's a difference) with Cashmere and Strata both from the 2020 crop year. The finished beer puts off flavors and aromas of peach, tangerine, tropical coconut, over ripe mango, and a touch of that sticky green stuff. Show Less
