Escape IPA (The Piña Colada Sour)

Brewed with a mix of Pilsen and wheat grains and loads of flaked oats to make the wort nice and fluffy and coconut milk and crushed coconut shell. Hopped with a mix of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops and then double dry hopped with more Citra hops for an even bigger tropical hit to the ol’ tastebuds. Conditioned on top of fresh puréed pineapples, because what’s a piña colada without fresh pineapple?! Heavy notes of coconut dessert bars and pineapple sherbet with subtle but tasty notes of grapefruit oil, unripe peaches and apricot chunks, passion fruit juice, lemon lime melon smoothies. Show Less
