Pretty good Kolsch-style brew. Crisp and dry. Not quite as bready as I prefer, and I get a touch of something else on the side of my tongue that I can't place. Tartness, maybe? I'm not sure. Tasty beer, it just doesn't hit my preferred Kolsch notes.
