Braxton Labs S'mores

This big, bold pastry stout is modeled after everyone’s favorite fireside treat. A complex malt bill that provides a sweet, chocolate and toffee forward base beer is followed with a bit of hops to provide a bit of balance. Fermentation leaves loads of residual sugar to keep this stout thick and heavy on the palate. Additions of graham crackers from Grateful Grahams in the mash, marshmallows in the boil, and conditioning time on vanilla, cacao nibs and cinnamon collectively match the flavor profile of the always delicious s’more dessert.
