Braxton Labs Dry Hopped Pilsner

For Braxton Labs first lager, we had to make it our own. Starting with 100% pilsner malt and a traditional german hop in Hallertauer Mittlefruh, this crisp pale lager was hit with Mosaic hops in the whirlpool and a small dry hop charge of Mosaic and El Dorado before being lagered at 30F for 30 days. While light, refreshing, and hoppy as a pilsner should be, our Dry Hopped Pilsner gets a nice complexity of hop flavors from the floral, berry-like, and stone fruit forward dry hopping. Show Less
