Boss Bevy - Employee Draft Program

A true to form English Pub Ale. Brewed with Brian Joyce, one of our knowledgable and talented bartenders, as part of our employee draft series. It starts with a nose of floral honey and rish malt sweetness. The taste is malty, nutty, and smooth toffee with floral and non-descript fruit (think pear, orange, and peach). Laying the foundation is London Fogs fruity ester profile of nectarine and peaches. While none of the fruit notes are at the forefront they unfold nicely as you sip. Medium body, smooth but assertive bitterness, quaffable.
