7e surprise de ma caisse de l’avent version cellier. Notes de caramel rôti sur des pointes de zeste d’orange. Chaleur d’alcool en finale sur une amertume tranchante. L’âge semble être bénéfique à ce délicieux nectar.

10 years old, and this has aged wonderfully. The body is soft and fluffy, the palate has candied fruit (peach, apricot), modest herbal qualities, all with a woody overtone. Dries in the finish, the ABV is nonexistent. Big #cellaredbeer win. 🍺🥰
