Je ne sais pas quoi dire. Je voulais goûter un truc le fun, mais je suis très partagé. J'aime beaucoup Malacuria, mais ici semblent se bousculer trop d'intentions pour la même bière. Le fruité, le vineux, le bois trop là, la finale qui mixe tout 😕 Bof.

Très sur le bois, c’est très fermier, rustique. Fruité du pinot noir qui arrive très vite, en compagnie d’une touche « bonbon » assez surprenante et originale. Peu acide, bien sèche, légèrement funky, elle est épatante d’équilibre et de caractère.
