Wow! Lots of complexity here. A Schwarzbier macerated on pomegranate, aged in wine barrels, and macerated again with grapes. Vinous and slightly vegetal, really nice and fun. 2022 I think it was.

Réussite ! Il faut aime le vin rouge mais c est top. On a à la fois l'acidité de la grenade, la rondeur du carignan. Dégustée avec une tartine de caponata, on gomme l'acidite et on apprécie le goût boisée du passage en barrique.Le tout bien petillant. 4+
