Lager ? Sour ? Wild ? En tout cas ça fonctionne bien cet assemblage avec des prunes Umeboshi qui amènent la touche fruitée et saline. Il y a également une grosse acidité ce qui évidemment n'est pas pour me déplaire 😁.
