On sent les fruits rouges et le côté crémeux de la panna cotta mais encore une fois c'est vraiment pas subtil. Le côté salin apporte un petit plus mais je préfère quand même le dessert de ma mère... A ne pas boire trop frais.

Un début de verre un peu difficile (amertume, beaucoup de sel), mais une sucrosité qui apparaît en vidant le verre. Le problème vient du fait que les différents éléments se mélangent un peu mal, mais sinon j'aime plutôt bien.
