Brought this one back from a shop in Lyon where I had a nice drink and chat with the owner and another client while it was raining cats&dogs outside. Cap came of a bit easy. No foam, bit flat, but rich warm almost port like in flavor.

Quel objet brassicole sympa. Fruits confits, caramel, barrique et boisé, texture légèrement sirupeuse, pas si dense genre xérès. Absence totale de gaz, alcool pas si présent pour l'abv, une belle acidité, un peu de sucre, un peu d'amertume.
