Très houblonnée. Aspect confit, raisins blanc sec, légèrement vin muté + note beurrée sur céréales grasses. Ça manque cela dit de structure, équilibre et présence de la Lager avec sa finale sèche mais onctueuse, herbeuse & moelleuse, « crisp », tenante…

Tasted during the themed tasting ('Contradictions') organized by O.B.A.D. An apparent contraction as lager is a bottom-fermented beer (and mostly with a low alcohol percentage, but not always...🙂) while imperial is a strong beer.
