Buttered popcorn, vinous, citrus zest, stone fruit. reminds me of a lambic combined with a creamy chardonnay. Really rich but with supporting tart acidity and woody funk. Cool but too much diacetyl for my personal taste

Clear blonde gold with minimal white head. Ends up being better than Cerf-Volant #1, but not as good as #2. Nice vinous nose with a hint of floral cat pee, soft spelt and wheat base, slightly seltzery body. Prefer the nose over the taste. 8/4/7/4/15
